The 1199 SEIU Scholarship

Thanks to the generous support of 1199 SEIU, this scholarship is awarded to students in financial need and with a declared major in the Allied Health field. The Scholarship will be awarded to a full- or part-time need-based student pursuing an associate degree in Allied Health. The awardees are required to attend the Women’s History Month Event. The room and time will be confirmed closer to the event date.
The student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
A personal statement essay must be included that explains the applicant’s career goals, aspirations, and how receiving this award will help them achieve their educational and career goals.
All supplemental questions must be answered. Applications must be submitted online through the scholarship system.
This is a one-time Scholarship award. Incomplete applications or applications sent through email won’t be considered.
