Dolores M. Fernández Scholarship

This scholarship awards $1,000 to five (5) students in the early childhood teacher education program who intend to continue their education in early childhood at a four-year institution.
Eligible applicants must:

• Have a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Provide three reference letters
• Submit a personal statement
• Provide their acceptance letter or proof of registration to a four-year college
  *Write a personal statement in response to the following questions: Why have you chosen early childhood education as your course of study, and why is it important to you? How will receiving this scholarship help you achieve your career and professional goals?
