The Anthony St. John Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Anthony St. John Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established to remember and honor a loving husband, who dedicated his life to helping others and found his passion in nursing. This scholarship will award $1,000 to one (1) graduating licensed practical nursing (LPN) student who is planning to continue on to their associate degree in registered nursing (RN).

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must answer the following questions:

1. What are your post-graduation plans? Please explain your career goals and how receiving this scholarship will help you achieve them.
2. Please describe your financial need (150-200 words)
3. Do you need funds to cover the fees of postgraduate qualifying exams?

The recipient will be selected based on need.

• Once Awarded this is a one-time scholarship
  All applications and required materials must be submitted online through the scholarship system. Paper applications will not be accepted, and incomplete applications will not be considered.
