The Dylan Isaac Ravenfox Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Dylan Isaac Ravenfox Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established to remember and honor a passionate young man who valued humanity, the considered life, and devotion to the arts. The fund will seek to find and recognize current students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher enrolled in any of the media digital design programs at Hostos Community College who exhibit exceptional talent and potential in order to encourage and facilitate their continued endeavors in their media education. This scholarship provides students with emergency funding, financial aid, and/or employment on independent media projects under the tutelage of faculty mentors.

The Dylan Isaac Ravenfox Memorial Scholarship will provide funds to go toward annual tuition costs and/or academic expenses to students pursuing their associate’s degree in one of the digital programs at Hostos.
Students must exhibit an exceptional portfolio of work, commitment to the community at large, and clear professional goals. A letter of recommendation from current faculty along with an essay written by the applicant outlining professional/academic trajectory as well as specifying need will be reviewed by the scholarship’s review board.
All applications and required materials must be submitted online through the scholarship system. Paper applications will not be accepted, and incomplete applications will not be considered.
