The 1199 SEIU Scholarship

Thanks to the generous support of 1199 SEIU, this scholarship is awarded to students in financial need and with a declared major in the Allied Health field. The Scholarship will be awarded to a full-time or part-time need-based student who is pursuing an associate degree in Allied Health. The awardees are required to attend the Hispanic Heritage Month event on September 17th. The room and time will be confirmed closer to the event date.
The student must have a cumulative 2.0 GPA or higher.
A personal statement essay must be included explaining the applicant’s career goals, aspirations, and how receiving this award will help them achieve their educational and career goal.
All supplemental questions must be answered. Applications must be submitted online through the scholarship system. Incomplete applications or applications sent through email won’t be considered.
