SCHOLARSHIP OVERVIEW

The Sallie Mae Fund, Inc., in partnership with Thurgood Marshall College Fund, is offering at least 260 gap scholarships to students completing a two-year, four-year, or trade/vocational certificate/certification program.

SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Enrolled at an accredited post-secondary institution or in a continuous education program Anticipated completion of postsecondary education program in AY 2023-2024 Have an unpaid school balance of up to $2,500 Current cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher
Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551
Be a candidate from an underserved community or a diverse candidate, which may include:
Demonstrated leadership
Demonstrated good moral character in all aspects of life, including personal, professional, educational, in your community, and online presence

SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT
Up to $2,500 for the 2023 – 2024 academic school year.

APPLICATION DATES
