The Richard Propper Memorial Scholarship
This memorial scholarship honors the legacy of a man who was devoted to the South Bronx community and who valued education as the foundation for opportunity. This scholarship is awarded to students in good academic standing, in the Business Management Program and who provide documentation of academic or personal need.
Must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Enrolled in the Business Management Program
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Provide documentation of academic or personal financial need
• Preference may be extended to residents of the Bronx

The Fall 2021 Recipients must attend the street naming ceremony “Richard Propper Way”, on September 27, 2021. Details to Follow

Two (2) scholarships in the amount of $500 will be awarded to two (2) students during the fall semester.

All applications and required materials must be submitted through the scholarship system. Incomplete and paper applications won’t be considered.

  5. Is your cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher?
  6. Please upload documents that support the financial need or extenuating circumstances described. Examples of documents can be a bursar receipt that shows a current tuition balance, needing money for books or other school materials, or any other personal need such as late rent, past due electric or medical bill, etc
