Beyond Borders Scholarship

Upon eligibility one student will be selected and awarded a $500 scholarship.
Consideration will be given to students who demonstrate an interest in community engagement and service.
International students, as well as Temporary Protected Status (TPS) recipients and beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA), are eligible to apply.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
The eligibility and selection criteria for enrolled Hostos students is as follows:
1. Currently enrolled students who are not eligible to receive other forms of financial aid or scholarships.
2. Students must be enrolled as either part-time (minimum of 6-credits) or full-time (minimum of 12-credits) per semester.
3. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
4. Students must demonstrate: (A) financial need; and (B) emergency need(s)."
