The Honorable Hector L. Díaz Scholarship

(Reopened)The Honorable Hector L. Diaz Scholarship Fund has been established to provide support for 10 Hostos Community College students who are pursuing their associate’s degree. The Honorable Hector L. Diaz Scholarship Fund is intended to assist students with tuition support in the amount of $2,500 who are entering their final semester and have exhausted all other financial aid benefits. Additional criteria for the scholarship are:

• Student must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher
• Students must demonstrate a history of service with underserved communities
• A Biographical Statement

Recipients of the award must be available to participate in a meet and greet breakfast, date and time to be determined.
